DMU Art and Design have created a centre of excellence by providing a first-class curriculum specialising in innovation and creativity, equipping students with skills and insight for the commercial world. The cost of course material for these subjects is often very expensive and prohibits some students from the courses they want to study. For others their only option is to struggle financially.
This year the Vice-Chancellor’s Bursary will support students in Art, Design and Humanities. The fund will offer bursaries of up to £200 to enable students to focus on their studies without worrying about the overbearing financial cost, making Art and Design courses at DMU accessible to all.
