Description

Spend the day at the National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park that houses the largest collection of functional historic computers in Europe, including a rebuilt Colossus, the world's first electronic programmable computer.

 

Detailed Description

Your day will include a series of interactive learning experiences and workshops led by museum experts.

Places are limited to 40 so please tell us why you want to take part in this opportunity? (Your answers may refer to academic, professional or personal motivations.  You have 500 characters to explain and showcase your interest in this opportunity).  The closing date for applications is Wed 25th Feb 2026.

All responses will be considered if there are more than 40 applications.  Non-successful applications will be placed in a waiting list and will be contacted if a space becomes available.

Successful applicants will be notified by email by Fri 27th Feb 2026

You will be expected to attend a Pre-Trip briefing meeting.  The date for this will be confirmed in due course. 

Please note that this is a free trip, limited to 1 per student.
