Detailed Description

 

Once your placement has ended you MUST return the permit to the HLS Placement Team within 5 working days of your end date. If you fail to do so, you will have to pay £5.00 for each 30 days that passes and a £10 late fee. 

If you lose a permit, you must pay a £10.00 fee to replace it regardless of when it is lost.

We do not issue new permits to students who have outstanding late or lost fees to pay.
