PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been received, a declaration form will be sent to you for your signature. This must be witnessed by a solicitor, Notary, Magistrate, Commissioner of Oaths or Justice of the Peace before you return it to us

Detailed Description
Request for Replacement Degree Certificate.
Our University Policy is that only one certificate per academic qaulification can be held at any given time.
Validation Fee for the provision of a Replacement Certificate for any Graduation Certificate received since 1992.
Cancellation after 14 working days of a replacement certificate will incur a £10 cancellation and admin fee.
Any request for graduation prior to 1992 should be referred to the Open university.
