Detailed Description

De Montfort University (DMU) has a dedicated Prayer Room to enhance their student experience and staff well-being, and is open regularly with approximately 1,000 users that utilise the facilities.

The Prayer Room is accessible for the daily prayers and is equipped with ablution facilities and also a dedicated Imam who is the Muslim Chaplain that services the needs of the students and University.

 

All users (staff, students, alumni and visitors) are encouraged to support the Prayer Room and all donations will be used to maintain, improve and enhance the prayer room and services for the users.
