Payment for a replacement Transcript student for students who graduated before 2016.
Detailed Description
Replacement Transcripts are produced by the Faculty from which you graduated and are dependent on the relevant information still being available. It is therefore advisable to contact the Student Advice Centre by email: tacadvice@dmu.ac.uk or telephone: +44 (0) 116 207 8499 to confirm a Transcript is available before making a payment with the following information:
Full Name (and any previous names)
Date of Birth
Year of Graduation
Course Title
Student Number (also known as P Number)
Full Postal Address
Postcode
Telephone Number
Note for students who graduated after 2016.
Students graduating 2016 onwards have access to their HEAR. The HEAR contains all the relevant study information contained in a Transcript. You can purchase a Transcript should you wish, but you may wish to check if the HEAR satisfies your requirements first.
