3:00pm – 4:30pm - Join glovemaker Ludmilla Osikova from Prague for a live demonstration of glove construction. Learn how to prepare leather skins for pattern cutting and observe the heritage techniques required to create a bespoke pair of gloves by hand. 

4:30pm – 5:00pm – Glass of wine/refreshments and an opportunity to explore Leicester Castle Great Hall 

 5.00pm – 6:30pm – Hear about the history of glove making from Mike Dodd of the Worshipful Company of Glovers, who will bring a selection of historical artefacts to discuss. Q&A to follow.
